Session Description:
The development of, change, or increase in rates or structures is probably one of the most difficult decisions that a utility manager and/or or board will make. An increase in utility rates is inevitable in today’s economy.
- When do you make an increase in rates? Where do you make the increases?
- How do you raise rates? And how do you do it with a minimal amount of pain to your customers?
The answers to these questions are simplistic in nature but can be very complicated to implement. This course is designed to answer these questions as well as give you the tools to help you and your board implement these tough changes.
These FREE workshops are beneficial for Water Operators and Managers of Private, Public, and Tribal Systems.
Certified Water Operators can receive – 4 CDPH Water Contact Hours
