Session Description:

The development of, change or increase in rates or structures is probably one of the most difficult decisions that a utility manager and/or or board will make. An increase in utility rates is inevitable in today’s economy.

  •  When do you make an increase in rates? Where do you make the increases?
  •  How do you raise rates? And how do you do it with a minimal amount of pain to our customers?

The answers to these questions are simplistic in nature, but can be very complicated to implement. This course is designed to answer these questions. As well as, give you the tools to take back to your system and help you and your board to implement these tough changes.

These FREE workshops are beneficial for Water Operators and Managers of Private, Public, and Tribal
