This Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 1:30 PM Pacific Standard Time, the Groundwater Resources Association of California (GRAC) is offering a webcast on the recently passed Sustainable Groundwater Management Act of 2014 (SGM Act). Speakers will provide an overview of the SGM Act, state and local agency roles and responsibilities, legal implications and challenges of implementation, how the groundwater industry is preparing and responding to implement the SGM Act, and the reaction and concerns of groundwater stakeholders.
