The Sierra Nevada Watershed Improvement Program is a coordinated, integrated, collaborative program to restore the health of California’s primary watershed through increased investment and needed policy changes.
The Sierra Nevada Conservancy and US Forest Service will be hosting a webinar on Thursday, October 8, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m., to discuss the present status and future plans for the Sierra Nevada Watershed Improvement Program and complementary California Headwaters Designation. This will consist of a basic overview of the Program, and a discussion of opportunities to leverage your organizational goals and projects through these two programs. They hope that you can join them for this event, as well as share it with other potential partners.
