At the IRWM Conference in San Diego in May 2015, Department of Water Resources staff gave a presentation covering the history of the IRWM Program; comparing Propositions 50, 84, and 1; providing an overview of where the Program is today with respect to Prop. 84; and giving a glimpse into the future of Prop. 1, including non-IRWM funding allocations.
