The Department of Water Resources has released a technical memorandum report titled, “Review of IRWM Planning and Implementation in California”, available at: www.water.ca.gov/irwm/stratplan/resources.cfm. This report presents a review of IRWM planning and implementation activities in California. Review results were initially shared with IRWM stakeholders at strategic plan development workshops held in October and November 2013. The memorandum report linked above contains updated review results (as of May 2014), as well as additional information.
