The Department of Water Resources announces the release of an Addendum to the 2012 IRWM Program Guidelines. The Addendum consists of a Plan Review Process (PRP) which outlines the systematic evaluation process that DWR will use to review IRWM Plans, to assess whether the plans are consistent with the IRWM Planning Act and the related IRWM Plan Standards contained in the 2012 IRWM Program Guidelines. The PRP will also be used to determine IRWM Region eligibility for the Round 3 IRWM Implementation Grant solicitation. The release of this PRP opens the submittal period for IRWM Plans.
