Dear Interested Party,
The Department of Water Resources announces the release of the Draft Plan Review Process (PRP), an addendum to the 2012 IRWM Program Guidelines. The PRP outlines the systematic evaluation process that DWR will use to review IRWM Plans to assess whether the plans are consistent with the IRWM Planning Act and the related IRWM Plan Standards contained in the 2012 IRWM Program Guidelines. An IRWM plan consistent with plan standards will be an eligibility component for Round 3 IRWM Implementation Grant solicitation and is also necessary to comply with some grant agreement terms. This release of the PRP opens the public comment period. The public comment period will close on October 18, 2013 at 5:00 PM.
